What This Program Includes

Personalized Exercise Assessment
Each client is carefully assessed to ensure complete safety and comfort:

  • Exercise intensity: Easy or Moderate

  • Body-weight strength training guidance

  • Light weights or machine guidance (only if appropriate)

  • Fully adapted for pregnancy or postpartum recovery


Session Structure (1:1)
Every session is designed to support healing, strength, and confidence:

  • Warm-up

  • 6–8 tailored exercises per session

  • One-to-one assisted stretching

  • Cool-down


Program Schedule

  • 10 private sessions per month (as per your availability)

  • One-to-one in-person support

  • WhatsApp support and guidance throughout the program


Pregnancy & Postnatal Education

  • 2 education sessions per month covering:

    • Pregnancy-safe movement

    • Birth preparation

    • Postnatal recovery

    • Core and pelvic floor awareness

    • Energy restoration for mothers


Nutrition & Food Guidance

  • Simple, nourishing food guidance

  • Pregnancy- and breastfeeding-safe recommendations

  • Focus on recovery, energy, and hormonal balance

  • No restrictive dieting or harmful practices
